Fig Bruschetta

Summer is here and the time is right for…. bruschetta!

Bruschetta is just like the best, I mean really it is!  You can be as creative as you want coming up with new variations to wow your guests at a cocktail hour or even a backyard BBQ.  That’s the other thing, bruschetta can also go with anything!

Everyone knows and loves the traditional tomato and olive oilbruschetta that we have surely seen in all Italian restaurants known to man, but have you seen this one yet? Fig, stracciatella cheese, prosciutto crudo and honey!

OK, if you don’t want to take my word for it then go give it a try at your next summer meal!

Ingredients

Baguette
Figs
Prosciutto Crudo
Straciatella Chesse (or any creamy cheese variation)
